hello cristina, I have dark skin and it is uneven. I've tried glycolic peels and Retin-A for quite some time now. I am very self conscious about this because everything I do to reverse the problem skin isn't working such as eating healthy, staying out of the sun when possible and wearing sunblock. my question is will my uneven skin be a problem when submitting snap shots to agencies? in addition I don't really have acne just uneven skin light and dark spots on my face and neck. so how clear does ones skin have to be when trying to find an agency. because my skin is holding me back from even submitting because i'm afraid it's not descent enough for an agency. so i just need some advice please:).

Hi Cristina! First off let me say I love your website!I live in Memphis TN and I am currently like for art colleges to attend, However, I am not only looking into the art of the colleges but also the modeling industry life of the city in which the college is in.I was really looking into Columbia College of Chicago because its a great art school and I believe Chicago is involved with the industry and its not extremely far from home(about 9hours). But also Ive been thinking a lot about Los Angeles. My problem is I'm a little afraid to leave so far for modeling, and then when I get here, I do not succeed in modeling. I am VERY serious about modeling. I want to go to art school to be an Art Director of fashion photo shoots some day. And I know I will need the experience to go forward with my dream. But I dont know if I'm making the right decision. Please help. thanks. -Jessica Jennings, Memphis TN

Hi my name is Alexandra and I have a pretty obvious scar on my back due to surgery when I was an infant. How will this scar affect me when I send in snap shots and when meeting agencies in person and just getting started?

Hi Cristina this is Katherine and I have a question regarding dress size. how do I figure out my dress size is it based on my height and measurements I'm confused. well my height is 5'4'' and my measurements are 32D, 29Waist, 37hips but these measurements are recent because unfortunately I've gained weight my measurements before the weight were: 5'4'', 32b/c, 25, and 35 but those measurements were from I was a freshmen in high school when I was 15 and now I'm 21 should I try to achieve those measurements again or just lose may be 10lbs which do you think agencies will prefer because i'm afraid if i lose too much weight my face will look old because lack of fat so what do you suggest?
