Featured Model Miss Gabrielle!

Wow, did this week go by fast!?! Here we are again with another amazing #MODELSHOUTOUT! Congrats to Miss Gabrielle for being this week's FEATURED Model :)



Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I've lived in a small town on the Eastern Shore my whole life and I love it! I'm a senior in high school finishing up my final classes and I am also dually enrolled at my local college. I have a very close bond with my family and friends, it's always an adventure when we're together. They definitely influence my personality a great amount. We are all always laughing with each other and I myself am a very optimistic and happy person! I love meeting new people and hearing about their lives from their point of view. I am very into clothing, makeup, and jewelry. This would lead most to think that I'm a girly girl but I'm also not afraid to get my hands dirty! You could say I'm somewhat of an adrenaline junkie because I'm always looking for new opportunities and crazy ways to make life a little more interesting! I'm an animal lover as well and am hoping to spend some time volunteering at a local animal shelter. My goal one day is to inspire others to follow their dreams and continue to do what they love to do!

How did you first get started in modeling?
For as long as i can remember, I've always imagined myself on magazine covers and in clothing ads. When I was about 13 years old I began to take classes for modeling and have loved it ever since. I had the opportunity to fly across country to California and show my talent to agencies from all over! The television series America's Next Top Model has always been one of my favorite shows to watch in my free time. It may sound silly but I'd see the different poses those models would do and I'd go in my room and practice them myself! Many others have the dream of being doctors or lawyers while I have never been able to see myself doing anything but modeling. This leads me to where I currently am now, trying to work hard and get my face known by entering contests and working with different types of photographers.

What are your favorite things about modeling?
There are so many things about modeling that I love it's hard to pick just a few! For starters, being in front of the camera just gives me an amazing feeling. I love expanding my knowledge every single day on the different types of modeling as well as facial expressions and body language. Modeling is one of the most interesting industries in my opinion and I continue to grow everyday taking that information and using it myself.

Do you have any hobbies?
The hobby that I am most passionate about is dance. I have been dancing since I was only four years old. I feel as though it is a way to express yourself through body movements and music. While I also do ballet, tap, and jazz, my favorite type of dancing is hip hop. I love the fast paced movements and challenging myself to learn new routines. Through dance I have gained poise, confidence, and it helps to keep me fit!

What is currently your favorite piece of clothing?
Heels!! I love the wide variety of styles that go from wild to classy. The perfect pair of heels are the finishing touch to a great outfit. They make me feel long, lean, and pretty!

If you could transport yourself to any place in the world at this very moment, where would you go and why?
We've had a really cold winter in Maryland and while I enjoy the snow, I really love warm weather. So right now where I'd most like to be is Florida! I love being on the beach, wearing shorts, bathing suits...and of course there's Disney World!

Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
The person who has made the biggest impact on my life is my mom. She has always been by my side to help me through hard times and give me advice for the future. She is not only a mother, but she is a friend who encourages me to be the best I can be and never give up. Without her I wouldn't have the opportunities or ambition that I have today.
